The HIBLend project is entering a new and exciting phase, and we want your input! As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen the quality and scalability of blended mobility programmes across Europe, we’re hosting interactive online workshops in June 2025.
These sessions aim to gather reflections on how to improve the HIBLend Framework Model 1.0 and ensure its transferability. Participants will explore the four phases of the framework — Strategic, Pre-implementation, Implementation, and Post-implementation — and contribute ideas that can help guide institutions across Europe.
Workshop 1
Date: June 4, 2025 (14:30–16:30 CEST)
The first workshop targets administrative and management staff directly involved in European Universities Alliances.
Learning outcomes:
- Apply the HIBLend Framework 1.0 to design blended mobility experiences
- Facilitate meaningful cross-institutional dialogue
- Use collaborative tools like Padlet to share and document ideas
Workshop 2
Date: June 23, 2025 (14:30–16:30 CEST)
This session is for academic, administrative, and management staff with limited or no prior experience in blended mobility, blended learning, or BIPs.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand the key elements and lifecycle of a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)
- Co-create and pitch a new BIP concept
- Apply the HIBLend Framework 1.0 across all four design phases
- Promote cross-institutional collaboration and digital documentation
You can choose the session that best fits your profile. Both are interactive and designed to foster dialogue, reflection, and hands-on testing of the HIBLend framework.
